Samorama.com has been Pornolized!
Not that it makes much of a difference with my shameless talk about dildos, etc. Someone's put this page thru the
pornolizer a few times...for example:
New "Butplug" Neil Finn!
Neil "Pimp Mastah" Finn actually got a balling domestic release wad pulls year with the 7 Fingers "Bastard" Colide live album, featuring such wanks like Eddie "Fat Ass" Vedder, Johnny Greenwood and Ed O'Brian and Johnny "Bust-a-Cunt" Marr. I went to try to procure a copy at Reckless (official street date 2/26) and the balling clerk first asked "Neil "Cockboy" Flynn?" then muff sniffed me they had a gamahucheing demo copy they could give me for $3.99. Now, I feel bad robbing Mr. Flynn of royalties, but will surely buy the DVD. Actually, jerking to the info, all licks go to charity...so I guess I should make a donation.
Johnny "Bust-a-Cunt" Marr...heh heh. Thankfully, I've never been muff sniffed at Reckless. I don't think those skinny indie boys could handle my muff. but um, what is "gamahucheing "?
Happy Birthday Johnny Cash!
Because I know at 70, he's a big fan of my page...uh, yeah.
I got my first piece of plum Fiesta Ware yesterday. Yes, I'm a Fiesta enthusiast. If you are ever fortunate enough to be invited over to my lair, you will be served food or beverage in Fiesta. Lucky you.

New Neil Finn!
Neil Finn actually got a domestic release this year with the
7 Worlds Colide live album, featuring such hacks like Eddie Vedder, Johnny Greenwood and Ed O'Brian and Johnny Marr. I went to try to procure a copy at Reckless (official street date 2/26) and the clerk first asked "Neil Flynn?" then informed me they had a demo copy they could give me for $3.99. Now, I feel bad robbing Mr. Flynn of royalties, but will surely buy the DVD. Actually, according to the info, all royalties go to charity...so I guess I should make a donation.

Sam-o-Rama's Day Off
Ended up at the Hideout. It was a treat though, as friend who said he would never go on Monday went. Woohoo. However, I forgot the Best of Bread volume 2.
Last nite while enjoying a late nite, slighly inhebriated viewing of Ferris Bueler's Day Off, we decided to analyze the feasibilty of the day. Leaving fictional Suburb of Shermer for Chicago, the kids arive probably around 11 am. Go to Sears Tower, then go to a restaurant in a very leafy section of town (chez quis?) . Then back downtown for the Art Institute, out to Wrigley Field for a Cubs Game, then back to the Loop for the Parade, on Dearborn. Then, making it back to Shermer by 6pm. Virtually impossible, we decided.

Movie review
While waiting for my 'date' to pick me up from work, I decided to review a movie for you. okay, I really didn't watch it, but with a name like Edward Penishands 2, who needs to? We have 2 and 3 available now.
No more comments.
Anyone who has anythng constructive to say will be able to post, if they want. free speech be damned. email me with a user name and such. I have no time to police for psychos. I'm not online 24/7, I'm out doing shit, like playing the avacado, hanging out with fabulous people and having sex.
Why?
Because I can.
Saw
Metropolis last night. I love anime, and this had a really unique style to it, not all big eyes and sweatdrops and stuff. However, it does require reading, so if that's a problem you might want to go see
Slackers or something else.

Mean Comments..ouchie!
The funny thing is it didn't take me to long to figure out who it is, what with all the IP logging. Duh. So keep it up, no wait, give me some time to go and cry. wah. You really should have something better to do with your spare time though, then reading the webpage of someone you don't like and making comments on it. I don't understand either becasue anything I ever said about this person on my page was positive, and they actually thanked me for the comments. Well, that's the way the cookies crumble I guess. At least I have enough other friends and supporters to fill the void of someone who was once a friend. I wish you well in you endeavors.
It was also recommended that I find a new bandwagon to jump on as far as liking a band. I just heard of this awesome new 3 member band called R.E.M. I'm gonna obsesss over them awhile. Their first album
Reveal is such a masterpiece. I'm throwing out my copy of Wilco's
Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. Jeff who?
Scout Nibblet Review

Changes at the Hideout
As you may or may not know, I go to the Hideout every Monday night to see Leroy Bach and Edward Burch, and their various guests. They moved to the back room last night! I guess it's nicer having more room, but it takes away the intimacy. ooh, and John Stirratt sang a song, and I got to swoon along. I also resumed my avacado playing duties.

The cutest thing in the world...
had to be Jeff Tweedy with his baby son in his lap singing "We Will Rock You". It filled me with so much gushy goodness I didn't know what to do!

Yeehaw!
The Drive-By Truckers/Slobberbone show last night at the Abbey was amazing! I wasn't too much a fan of
DBT before, but it's been a while since I've seen some good 'ol classic rock n roll, and these guys are it! Slobberbone was great, but these guys were amazing.

We FINALLY went to the Surgical Museum
Sooz and I have been trying for a while, so we (and Chokk) went today. It made me feel icky, they have quite the collection of gallstones AND a real working Iron Lung. No, they didn't let us in. Went to the Sears Tower too, which didn't seem as fun as the Hancock Tower, or "Big John" as we affectionatly refer to him. BUT it is on Wacker Drive, which we weren't allowed to take a pic of the sign in the lobby proclaiming so. Tommorow should be going to the Slobberbone show.

Do you ever do something, and think you have totaly fucked things up, but it turns out the person thinks you fucked things up, but seems willing to give you another chance? It happens sometimes, and it feels good. However I still want to give them the card that says "I faked all my orgasms, Happy Valentine's."

Still need a Coach
If anyone would like to sign on as my skeleton coach, please email me.
Otherwise...SOOZ AND CHOKK get here Thursday! yay! Not to mention my roommate is out of town for the weekend, not that he would otherwise care if a wild party happened, but eh, who knows? ;)
Also, let me give a shout out to Craig, who celebrates a birthday on Saint Valentine's Day. And since he's in another country, I had to put it up a day early.

Olympic Fever!!
I am such a cornball and love the olympics! People like Picabo Street and other atheletes are much less bothersome when you only hear about them every four years. I'm thinking of training for the Skeleton for 2006. I have experience going down slides on my belly ever since I was a kid that I don't think this sport would be too difficult. I'll be the one yelling out "WHEEEEEEEE!"
Dude, Where's Clare's Car?
Clare and I returned to my place from a nite of revelry at Girlbar when I noticed her car was not where we had left it. After calling the tow people, who clamed they didn't have it, the she filed a report with the cops. We didn't think where it was parked was a tow zone, but according to my roommate the next day, it is! So, the tow people had it after all. I feel a little bad, as I think Clare was looking forward to getting insurance money to buy a new one!

The most annoying thing to ask a sex shop worker:
"Do people actually buy these?"

Okay so.
Last nite went to the Closet with Marilyn. Got drunk. Went shopping with Marilyn today, bought an Israeli Defense tshirt. There are illegal activities taking place at work. I won't go into details. "in like" has been updated to "Like a lot". Bought nail polish with little pink hearts in it.

the samstress, makin' copies...
I am uncoalating 150 copies. Ooops.
I've let you all down!
Sorry for the lack of updates, Clare and I had to finish up the moving. Muchas Gracias to Clare!!Went to the Hideout monday nite, Leroy was still sans Edward, and remembered my heckling of the explantion of the metaphor behind one of his songs. I meant it lovingly, I swear. And um...how do I put this delicately? Well, if you see me in the next few days, that's NOT a hickey on my neck. Really.
Oh, and someone actually recoginzed me from my site...Hi to Rocco, who played a mean guitar accompanyment with the British harmonica guy (what's his name, he fucking ROCKS!!).

Top 2 Events of 2/2/02
1.Enjoyed a lovely meal outside with Clare at Checkers on N Halsted
2.Michael sold a Black Thunder Dildo
moving day #2
I was very impressed at Clare's knowledge of tying a bed on top of a car. I impressed her with my (made up) knowledge of knots. We successfully got the bed over to the new place, but didn't have time before I came to work to pick up the rest of my stuff. Any volunteers for help tommorow? ;)

I love my job!
Really, I must invite everyone to visit me here. It's fun, its dramatic, an I've learned "that's sickening" really means something is cool. Who knew? Not to mention it's provided some great band names: Sex Shop Supervisor, Dildo Section, Tickey's Chunder.
Good morning!
Wow, I haven't worked a 10am day in a while. It's odd waking up at a time when it's still in single digits. Not much to report, moving this weekend; still in Chicago, so don't worry/ get your hopes up.
Have you ever met someone, briefly, that you just can't get out of your head? I'm in that situation right now, and it would be kiling me except that I know I'm going to get to see them again very soon. I keep replaying the events when we met in my head though. It feels silly :( I'm missing Slevy too, she should have been there when it happened!
Let me also add: "Get The Party Started" by Pink is my choice for pleasantly annoying song of the year. I know, the year isn't up yet, but you just can't beat this song.
